This matte top coat has the same super high quality as our velvet matte top coat. However, it’s so fun and beautiful; with this top coat formula we are saving you from applying one extra coat of gel polish to your polishing process, when adding BLACK SPECKS to your nail art. 
With our brand new formula you can just apply one coat of matte top coat to any design and be done! 
This top coat its amazing to paint Russian style one stroke flowers; you will love it!

• our gels must be cure with an LED/UV lamp of at least 78W & 365nm, but no more than 405nm.

• also, make sure that each layer of any of our gel polishes it’s cured properly according to each product recommendation.
